This guide will provide you step by step information on how to install the VM Player APP. Before you start the installation process you'll require the following information. 


Things Required Before You Proceed

  • Your System URL 
  • Username
  • Password

This information is already provided to you via email, if you don't have information please ask the supervisor or contact us.

Step 1 - Internet connectivity


Make sure that your phone is connected to wi-fi, you'll be downloading 50MB app.



Step 2 - Selecting the right app


Follow this link to download the app


Or 


1. Open Google Play

2. Search for “virtual mgr”

Step 3 - Install the app


Install the app with VM logo. 



Step 4 - Open the app


Once the download and installation is complete you'll see this screen, click on the Open App.


Allow all the permission if asked.



Step 6 - Entering URL.


When you open the app for the first time, you are required to enter the URL. If you don't have URL contact Supervisor or VM Support. 



Step 7 - Username & Password


The next step after entering URL is to enter the Username and Password. 


1. Enter the username provided to you.


2. Make sure you enter the password correctly, it's case sensitive.


3. Tap Login. 



Final Result


Once you logged in successfully you'll be able to see the tasks assigned to you. If you don't see the tasks here are potential reasons why they're not appearing. 




 


Android Lockdown - Only Used For Virtual Mgr




Step 1 - Internet connectivity


Make sure that your phone is connected to wi-fi, you'll be downloading 50MB app.

2. Search for “SmartCleaner Locked”



Step 3 - Install the app


Install the app with VM logo and Padlock. 



Step 4 - Open the app


Once the download and installation is complete you'll see this screen, click on Open App.


Allow all the permission if asked.



Step 5 - Selecting home app.


Make sure that you select the correct home screen app. This is to make sure your devices home page remains the same.


Please make sure that you select the app which is Virtual Mgr.

3. Tap "Get" to begin downloading

Note: After downloading open the app and if it asks for any permissions please hit agree. 


 

Step 3 - Username & Password


The next step after entering URL is to enter the Username and Password. 


1. Enter the username provided to you.


2. Make sure you enter the password correctly, it's case sensitive.


3. Tap Login. 


4. Note: Sometimes our clients report that they see a white screen after logging in for the first time on iPhones and iPads. If you encounter this problem simply close the app (double tap the home button and swipe the app upwards) or you can restart your device. The very next time you try to log into Virtual Manager you won't see that white screen again.
