The Equipment and Hold temperature checklist is made up of many pages. The checklist will go through each required temperature and the user will manually enter the temperature for each check until the checklist is complete. 


Below is a guide on how to record both the equipment/hold & cook temperatures. 


1. Click "Equipment and Hold Temp Check"



 


2. Manually enter the temperature of the food item > 'Next' 



 


3. Use the probe to record temperature when required. 



 


Follow-up Tasks


For any tasks that failed the temperature check, the system will create a new task on the dashboard to be re-checked. 


1. Click 'Start' to begin recording temperature.
