If the device you are using has been permanently locked into the 'VM Player App' and you can no longer use any other device function please use one of the following links depending on your particular device. 

 


                                                                  

Step One




Click the three lines on the top right hand corner of the screen.

Step Two



Click Logout. 


Step Three



Click on three lines on the top right hand side again but this time select "Exit Kiosk". 


                                                                                                    


Please note that you will require a password from your Administrator in order to close out of the VM Player App. Once logged out you will have a prompt each time you press the home button to go into the VM Player App or to the home screen. The default setting for TouchWiz can be changed in settings under "Default Applications > TouchWiz".
