When a cleaner reports the issue the follow up tasks are generated in supervisor's admin area. Here is how the cleaner reports the issue.

 Within few minutes the new task will appear under "To Do's" dashboard for supervisors. 


  

 



Also to make sure that Maintenance Issue is getting the attention of the supervisor an email is generated and sent to the supervisor. 



 























How to handle Maintenance Issue

Once you click on the "New Maintenance Issue" you will see the following screen.




You can notice the "Report Issue" link on the right, if you click that it'll provide you with information and a photo of the maintenance issue. That screen will look like following. 




Notice that there are two tabs, Details and Checklists. As the name suggests Details tab provide information about Maintenance Issue. To see the photo of the issue click on Checklists tab. 



Once you click the checklist you'll see the above given screen. 



Once the issue is taken care of or all the action that needs to be taken is done you can mark the Maintenance Issue as complete. To do that Click on Action -> Complete Task. To locate it please follow the next screenshot. 




After clicking the complete task you'll be given opportunity to write comments about the Maintenance Issue. 




 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


 


After confirming the complete action the task will be marked as complete.
