Click over to the Timeline Tab, then choose your ESW from the list:
You'll see a list of their activities for the current day.
If you want to change the Start/End days for the timeline, simply use the selector boxes:
A blue play button 
indicates that a task was started
A red stop button
indicates a task that has been stopped
A yellow play button 
indicates a task that is still in progress
When you hover your mouse over one of these buttons, you'll see the related activities for this task change colour.
This allows you to quickly see related activities in the timeline.
